We have had an amazing time in Banff again today, after having a Bison Burger for lunch. Tom William's, Glenn Campbell & myself took a Gondola ride up to the top of Sulphur Mountain where the views of the town and surounding mountains were spectacular. A little wild Chinchiller jumped up on the table to share some carrot cake with a gentleman sitting with his wife.

The Results of the Team Competition were

The Men's Jump Finals were ellectrifying, Jason Seels took the lead from Zack Warden from the USA with a Jump of 67.5 with only 3 jumpers remaining. Next out was Canadian Ryan Dodd who moved into the lead on his second jump, a distance of 68.1m. Freddy Kreuger from the USA came out on to the arena with a huge opening jump of 68.8 to take the lead, he then pushed the distance out there further with a leap of 70.3m. This was a huge Target for Canadian Jarret Llewellyn to beat, but if any man could achieve this feat he is the man. Jarret also came out on the the arena with a masive openning jump of 68m and pushed it up to 69.3m on his 2nd attempt, the pressure was immence for Jarret on his final jump to take the Jump event. Jumping over 70.3 would not only give Jarret the Jump title, but would also crown him World Overall Champion and push Javier Julio down into 2nd place. The tension was crazy and proved to be to much for Jarret and crushing his last jump would only send him 62 meters down the lake and keep him in second place with the silver.

Welcome back to The Cast in Stone Lakes and The Preditor Bay Water Ski Club in Calgary, this is Finals day of the World Championship for Women's Trick, Men's Slalom and the Ladies Jumping! Stay turned for all the results!

Good morning everyone, it's beautiful morning here in Calgary and the Finals of the Men's Slalom Finals will be an amazing event starting at 3.00pm this afternoon! After an 8 man run off for the last 3 spots into the finals yesterday, we are set with the current best 12 guys in the World to battle it out for the 2009 World Championship Slalom Title.

Well, thr sun is out but it is 7c, 47f out at the site right now.

The Men's Slalom will start at 8.30am Glenn Campball at 9.00am, Jason Seels at 9.05, Jodi Fisher at 9.15 and Will Asher at 11.45am approximately. Go go go go boys!

The British Men's Slalom and Jumper are ready for action! If we could only get Team Captain Steve Sopp to take the right road!

Leading the run off so far Clare Lise is stoked with her performance and will make it through to the finals!

So it is official and there are 7 girls about to run off for the last 6 spots into the finals, The two leading scores going to Canadian skiers Whitney McClintock and Breanne Wagner with scores of 2 and 1 buoys on the 10.75 meter line.

A huge upset for the defending ladies slalom champion Nicole Arthur, after taking a huge first. Buoy at 11.25meter she was unable to turn two and make it around the 3rd buoy where the unaficial cut is to make the ladies final. There are still 3 skiers remaining and you can feel the tension in the air!
