This my look strange, but having the student rotate their core forward to line up with the centre line of the Ski, brings their knees together and distributes their weight more evenly between the bindings!
I was have them grip a napkin between the knees and hold it throughout there pass of lake whilst crossing the wakes!
Keaden and Kyle from Florida Southern are heading up to North Carolina for their first College event of the season, before heading home for the summer!
It's been a pleasure working with you guy's this spring, now go put what you have learnt into play and go kick some butt!
